Due to growth based on client demand we are looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants or recent graduates in Chemistry/Pharmacy/QA/Pharmaceutical Technology to join our teams in Dublin and Cork.

Role/Opportunity

The Consultant is responsible for delivery of a high quality service within the Pharmaceutical and Life Science Division.
Central to this role is making first contact with prospective candidates, explaining current opportunities, securing appointments and obtaining referrals.
You will liaise with clients to obtain comprehensive brief of roles and ideal candidate profiles for permanent or contract/capital project staff.
You will provide effective and innovative promotion of Berkley's Consultancy services.
You will have an ability to build and maintain knowledge of the various marketplace verticals.
Ensure Client and Candidate satisfaction
Promote the Berkley name through managing a quality service to Clients and Candidates
Identify and lead new business opportunities
Meet new and existing Clients, ascertaining current and future needs
Maintain an excellent working knowledge of competitor activities and trends
