Description
Contract C# / SQL Developers required immediately for 6 month rolling contracts with a Cork based software development consultancy
Role / Opportunity
- Working on a major n-tier enterprise application
- Requirements analysis & Application Design
- Providing accurate estimates and timings to project managers
- Delivery of application developments using standard web development methodologies
- Mentoring other developers within a project team
- Ensuring all QA procedures are satisfied in terms of process and documentation
Skills / Experience:
- 4+ years commercial development experience in ASP.Net and C#
- Recent experience in .Net 3.5 essential
- Some commercial development with SOA and related technologies
- Knowledge of JQuery
- Good level of experience of XML/XSLT and XML Schema
- Experience in AJAX, JSON and custom JavaScript development
- Strong T-SQL (Stored Procedure) skills.
- LINQ exposure ideal
- Solid Analysis & Design skills with Microsoft n-tier solutions
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading organisation utilizing the latest Microsoft, Open Source and associated technologies. Contracts will be for a minimum 6 months with project at least 18 months in duration.
