Description
Our client, a leading telecommunications company, is currently recruiting a PMO Coordinator to join their Dublin based team on a 9 month contract.
Role / Opportunity
- Complete and update management reports, status reports and work-stream reports
- Complete and update issue and risk registers
- Support governance on programme (minutes, actions, etc.)
- Co-ordination of document management process
- Sharepoint Administrator
- Support financial management process
- Co-ordination of procurement process
- Co-ordination of Purchase Order Process
- Co-ordination of change control process
- Maintenance of the kit list
- Co-ordination new starter and leaver processes
- Co-ordination of security management processes as required
- Provide assistance to Programme Manager and Project Managers where needed.
Skills / Experience
- Relevant experience in related areas or professional qualification as appropriate to the role
- 3+ years of experience of supporting projects / programmes
- MS Office applications skills essential (MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Financial and procurement experience desirable
