Description

Our client, a leading telecommunications company, is currently recruiting a PMO Coordinator to join their Dublin based team on a 9 month contract.

Role / Opportunity

  • Complete and update management reports, status reports and work-stream reports
  • Complete and update issue and risk registers
  • Support governance on programme (minutes, actions, etc.)
  • Co-ordination of document management process
  • Sharepoint Administrator
  • Support financial management process
  • Co-ordination of procurement process
  • Co-ordination of Purchase Order Process
  • Co-ordination of change control process
  • Maintenance of the kit list
  • Co-ordination new starter and leaver processes
  • Co-ordination of security management processes as required
  • Provide assistance to Programme Manager and Project Managers where needed.

Skills / Experience

  • Relevant experience in related areas or professional qualification as appropriate to the role
  • 3+ years of experience of supporting projects / programmes
  • MS Office applications skills essential (MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Financial and procurement experience desirable
