Description
Our client, a leading telecommunications company, is currently recruiting MNS Service Manager to join their Dublin based team on a on a permanent basis.
Role / Opportunity:
The Service contract manager will ensure that all MNS contracts are delivered profitably and meet all contract obligations. The Service contract Manager will play a key role in establishing processes to enable successful contract management.
- Management and ownership of the customer contract, including contract maintenance and development.
- Overall P&L responsibility for the customer contract
- Responsible for the development of contract and commercial reporting
- Develop and own process to manage contract changes
- Conduct customer reviews of contract deliverables
- Commercial SLA reporting and reviews with customer
- Ensure that all contractual milestones or requirements are monitored, measured and reported
- Growing contract revenues and engaging with the Account Manager and Business Development to win larger opportunities
Skills / Experience:
- At least 4 years experience in a multi-million Managed Network Services Solutions or IT Solutions customer contract management
- Experience in a similar position in the Telecoms or IT sector
