Description
Our client, a leading telecommunications company, is currently recruiting Head of Service Management to join their Dublin based team on a on a permanent basis.
Role / Opportunity:
To formulate customer service strategies and tactics to maximise success for nominated accounts plans developed for each customer. To completely understand the Wholesale product and business strategy and ensure these goals are represented in the development of each account plan.
- Develop relationships with all functions in eircom Wholesale and with the Account Managers develop a customer service strategy for each account.
- Lead and manage the customer service solution and own the interface between Sales, Product, Marketing and the customer.
- Provide consulting services in customer support and truly understand the value of customer service to the customers.
- Define and management the customer service review governance for every customer
- Create industry leading service management processes
- Raise customer satisfaction results through working across all departments in eircom Wholesale business and through working with customers.
Skills / Experience:
- At least 5 years’ experience in customer service management ideally in the fixed telecoms space. Ideally with experience working in a complex solution area and matrix selling environment
