Description
Our client, a leading telecommunications company, is currently recruiting MNS Product Manager to join their Dublin based team on a on a permanent basis.
Role / Opportunity:
Reporting to the Head of MNS Product Management, the MNS Product Manager role involves the management of a portfolio of Wholesale MNS products, ensuring that these products have compelling propositions and are positioned, priced, promoted and managed (with particular emphasis on end to end process management) in a manner which reflects market trends, customer needs, regulatory and legal obligations and wholesale business/market strategy.
- Develop and manage a suite of products to best practice industry standards
- Conduct product research to maintain product relevance in the market
- Work with other business areas to ensure product is fit for purpose and enhancements and developments are delivered according to plan and quality.
- Ensure achievement of Product Performance, Revenue, Gross Margin and EBITDA versus target
- Ensure relevant legal and regulatory obligations are met.
- Contribute to the management and implementation of systems and processes to ensure the cost-effective delivery of existing and new services to meet customer needs
Skills / Experience:
- At least 6 years of work experience in the product management or related industry disciplines like business strategy, business management, business planning, product planning, technical solutions consulting, and systems solutions management.
- Experience in a similar position in the Telecoms or IT sector
