Description
Our client, a leading Tier 1 Solutions Provider and Technology Company is currently seeking a Technology Account Partner to join their team based in Dublin on a permanent basis.
Role / Opportunity
- Represent the Major Account in the Major Account management team
- Lead a team of experienced network, IT and mobile business analysts/consultants driving prioritised, cost effective and profitable projects with measureable benefits
- Manage the external engagement and agreement process with the wider Major Account leadership team
- Work with the Product and Commercial teams in the Major Account to understand market and customer requirements and translate them into specific product developments and technology projects
- Plan these product developments and technology projects into a committed project portfolio plan for the Major Account
- Work with Service Creation, Core Network, Access Network and the Project Centre of Excellence in Technology Engagement to map the agreed project portfolio plan into defined projects and programmes
- Be accountable with the Project Centre of Excellence for on-time and on-budget delivery of agreed developments
- Lead, manage and coach your management and wider team in order to maximise their capability development and contribution to a high performance culture
- Foster a strong customer service ethic in building the future company
- Ensure internal processes are continually enhanced to deliver high quality, cost effective services to meet or exceed customers’ expectations
- Proactively manage stakeholders to ensure the continuing success and reputation of the business
- Align with our clients Group culture and values to drive the customer ethos, vision, mission and culture of the organisation to ensure successful growth and retention of its customers
Skills / Experience
- Strong commercial and financial leadership skills
- Deep understanding of Major Account
- Strong technology background
- Excellent relationship building and engaging skills
