Description
Berkley Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences are now recruiting a Senior Stability/Development Scientist for a permanent position based in Leinster with our leading pharmaceutical client.
Role/Opportunity:
- Responsible for the testing of stability samples of commercial and clinical samples in accordance with approved procedures
- Testing associated with stability studies of API’s and the development, validation and transfer of analytical methods for use in the testing laboratories.
- Responsibilities also include the maintenance of quality systems in the laboratory including documentation, instrument qualification, calibration and other activities associated with laboratory operations in a cGMP environment. Development, review and implementation of procedures in accordance with company policies, standards and regulatory expectations in this area is also a requirement.
Skills/Experience
- 5+years experience in a GMP environment working on HPLC, preferably Empower
- The successful candidate will be qualified to M.Sc. level in Chemistry
- Knowledge and experience of ICH guidelines and their practical implications
- Proven experience and knowledge of FDA regulations relating to stability testing of pharmaceuticals.
