Description
Senior Java Developer required immediately with a multinational organization located in Kerry.
Reporting in to the Sr. Development Manager, this role will be a hands-on development position focused on adaptable planning and development of Java Applications.
Role/Opportunity:
- Plan and develop Java-based solutions within set guidelines.
- Incorporate new technology in the development process as it evolves
- Provide technical leadership to the team
- System troubleshooting and participation in proof-of-concept for future software
Skills/Experience:
- 4+ years Solid experience in Java/ J2EE
- Development experience with Server-Side Applications, SQL, & JMS
- Web Server experience with Tomcat/Apache/Websphere
- Spring Framework experience, HTML variations and tools such as AJAX
- Excellent Communication Skills and a passion for learning
- 3rd level degree in computer science or equivalent
