This role will be based in London and the successful candidate will have responsibility for providing a comprehensive pre-sales/administrative support service to the Project Office Team, directly supporting the General Manager, Project Office and Sales Team.

 

Role/Responsibilities

Monitoring appropriate websites for Tenders issued in relation to the products that we provide.

Review Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) and Tenders

Preparation of proposals for PQQs and Tenders, ensuring a consistent corporate image of the organisation is

represented.

Providing administrative support to ensure the organisation's aims are met and deadlines are achieved. Arranging and running various Tender response meetings including preparation of information.

Keeping up to date with relevant information required for PQQs and Tenders

Maintain a thorough understanding of all elements of the Project Office Team to provide an effective and informed service to colleagues and customers.

Maintain an effective and efficient office environment and ensure the smooth functioning of the team as a working unit.

Support the business with various projects, maintaining accreditation and areas of work involving research, communications with other organisations and reports as required.

Provide an administrative service to the General Manager and other administrative tasks as required.

 

Skills/Experience

You must have a good standard ofeducation with proven administration experience.

Previous experience writing and proof-reading documents with a strong command and ability to write technical/business English would be required.

The successful candidate will have strong IT skills and be competent in the MS packages.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential as well as the ability to engage effectively with a range of diverse audiences.

You must be a team player showing strong planning and organising skills along with working effectively under pressure whilst retaining a good eye for detail.

Previous experience gathering, maintaining up to date records and creating central storage repository for documentation would be required.

You will have previous experience in a deadline driven environment and be able to prepare documents in a professional and timely manner to meet both internal and external deadlines.
