Description
Our client is a leading developer and provider of information infrastructure technology and solutions that enable organizations of all sizes to transform the way they compete and create value from their information. They are in need of a Senior Inside Sales Rep based in Singapore and responsible for the performance of all sales activities in assigned market.
Role/ Opportunity
- Conducts weekly one-on-one review with Inside Sales Manager to review prior weeks activity report, as well as review current forecast (pipeline through commit deals), opportunities, programs management, systems, partner issues, SS/ITC utilization, and any other needs / requirements that may arise.
- Meets or exceeds all daily/weekly /monthly activity metrics for the number of outbound calls, dedicated prospecting time, appointments/scheduled calls set, opportunities added, talk time and lead follow up.
- Maintains contact with all customers in assigned territory to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, resolution of issues, and cross-sell and up-sell the product suite.
- Accuracy in forecasting your Sales on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to your Manager.
- Effective utilization of your Inside Sales Matrix Organization (SS, ITC, Programs, GFS…).
- Building relationships and developing your Partner Network.
- Ensures real-time accuracy with all systems, especially Salesforce.com and Synergy.
- Execution, Follow-Up, and Tracking of all assigned marketing/program leads.
- Coordinates with other LOBs as necessary (e.g. field sales, channel managers, marketing..)
- Responsible for continued self education on the product suite, industry trends, and their overall selling skills.
- Ensures availability for a weekly coaching session with their Manager to improve their performance, activity, and overall account management of assigned territory.
- Develops a quarterly business plan and sales strategy for the assigned market
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- Sets an example for their peers in areas of personal character, commitment to company, organizational skills, work habits and overall Leadership
Skills/ Experience
- Bachelors (Non-Tech) or equivalent
- Understanding of comapny's products and their value added to the customer.
- Good understanding of the competition.
- Ability to influence others to achieve results.
- Problem solving skills.
- Communication skills.
- Results driven.
